For Christmas we have extended the period of our refund policy to allow purchases made between 27th November and the 24th December to be returned up to the 10th January 2021. This does not change our policy towards items in exclusions section.

Any unworn item with an attached tag and original packaging purchased from our website may be refunded providing that you request this within 16 days from the date on the dispatch note email.

Please note that you will be required to cover the cost of postage if you choose to return an item for a refund.

 

EXCLUSIONS

Earrings and Pierced Jewellery
In the interest of hygiene and for your protection, earrings and pierced jewellery are excluded from our Refund policy.

Personalised Jewellery
We are unable to offer a refund on a personalised jewellery order. This means that we cannot provide a refund on any item that has been specially altered or personalised in any way (i.e. engraved).

Gift Cards, Vouchers and Store Credits

 

REQUEST A REFUND

You can request a refund by contacting us through the form provided below.

  1. In the message area state:
    • your name if you have not done so yet
    • order number
    • date the order was placed on
    • item you wish to refund
  1. Instructions on how to return the item will be emailed to you within the next 24 hours.

Once the item will be received and inspected any amount due will be refunded back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5 - 7 working days for this process to complete.

If we do not receive your returned item, we will ask you to provide the Proof of Postage receipt you obtained from the Post Office with a tracking number. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide this Proof of Postage.
